Treating mornings with care
Keeping your mind set for next morning wake time will automatically trigger your unconscious mind to wake up at exact moment before your alarm kicks in. Strangely as is it seems but it works for everyone. I'm used to this technique from school days, i had football practice in mornin' so it's my duty to wake and report on time for it. now a days things changed for people. they want to get up smooth and get dressed excellent. Glasses, purse , watch and phone is most Valuable thing in going out for the day. usually we miss place things , shit happens as they say we can't find them anywhere. so keeping it close at the table near your bed is best you could do. Can't leave without having these things with you while going out. It's great feeling heading out with things that are used by you for a long time. Things like keeps a sentimental value for anyone. Most probably a lucky charm for some. Anyway what ever you do in life the next day remember that a good night sleep and early mornings can go a long way for your health and life. Change in lifestyle makes a person responsible for himself
